

It might not be available in the Play store or iTunes. I think it requires some form of registration and might setup UPNP forwarding rules. They also have an "Easy4IP" configuration routine + smartphone app, but I've never used it. All this is assuming the camera is working & powered directly or PoE. If your phone/tablet/whatever is on your network and uses a different subnet, you might have to temporarily/manually change your IP to 192.168.1.something (try 123), THEN try connecting to the camera. You can just browse to that address and it'll prompt you to create a new password for the admin account. Most have a default IP address of 192.168.1.108, so if you're lucky, this jives w/ your home network. I can't speak to the doorbell model, but to configure most of their IP cameras you only need a web browser on the same network.
